Administrative Business Partner
Role Description
Dropbox is seeking a detail oriented Administrative Business Partner to support our VP of Finance, VP of Tax & Treasury and VP of Internal Audit. Our Admins are the glue that holds everything together - from calendaring and travel to team support, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of confidential and strategic tasks. This person is humble and will be resourceful in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts; making a point to be available and approachable to everyone. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution. Responsibilities
Strategically maintain sensitive information and complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives and assistants
Partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability and ensure your leads are available for any necessary meetings, while balancing managerial and personal demands
Set up domestic and international travel arrangements
Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events
Prepare monthly expense reports for leads and coordinate special projects as needed
Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your leads and act as a liaison, building great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
Partner with other admins to ensure necessary coverage for full leadership team and set operating standards for the organization

High EQ and strong people skills. Ability to work cross functionally and build strong relationships with a diverse set of colleagues. Experience working with a team. Comfort supporting and working alongside other EBPs to support the organization. This may require flexing to support other leaders on an interim or permanent basis.
Remaining calm under pressure. Fires happen, and you need to be able to keep calm and clear headed, and differentiate between a lit match and a dumpster fire.
Being worthy of trust. Confidential information will be your day-to-day. Take the trust that is placed in you very seriously. Always be careful and discreet.
Analytical capacity. Able to field incoming requests and prioritize them quickly and appropriately.
Knowledge of how to brutally prioritize your own time. You will be pulled in many directions. Take care of yourself, and this role will be deeply rewarding.
