Account Manager / Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager / Project Manager to join our fast-paced Brand Partnerships team. This role is responsible for managing and executing high-impact, 360-degree brand partnerships with key clients - from kick-off to final delivery. As a client-facing lead, you’ll be the connective tissue between external partners and our internal teams, ensuring ideas turn into best-in-class executions across multiple workstreams.
Projects will span a wide range of deliverables including branded content integrations, product collaborations, retail programs, licensing campaigns, digital and social activations, and more. You’ll work closely with teams across creative, production, legal, product, and retail to bring these partnerships to life, on time and on budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned brand partners, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
Manage and execute multi-channel partnership campaigns across a range of project type as point person across comms, including:
Branded content and video integrations on MrBeast YouTube channels and social platforms
Retail and in-store executions, including co-branded products and displays
Licensing and product collaborations, including custom packaging and merchandise
Digital campaigns across web, email, and social media
Lead internal project management from concept through completion - establishing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and owning deliverable tracking
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, Legal, Product, Retail, Finance, Talent) to keep projects moving efficiently and aligned to objectives
Identify potential roadblocks and proactively troubleshoot to maintain project momentum
Deliver high-quality recap materials, post-campaign reports, and partner communications
Keep impeccable documentation including meeting notes, campaign trackers, and status updates
Scoping and managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
What Makes You A Fit:
3–5+ years experience in account or project management, ideally withinin a media, agency, brand partnerships, or content production setting
Strong track record managing a high volume of complex deliverables simultaneously
Familiarity with product partnerships as well as, and retail or licensing programs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - especially in client-facing environments
Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, adapting to change, and finding creative solutions
Passion for YouTube, digital content, and the creator economy is highly valued
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and navigating complex approvals or feedback loops
Strong relationship-building skills, with clients, creators, or partners
