Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for an experienced Hubspot Administrator who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Hubspot CRM within the mortgage industry context. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HubSpot, a solid understanding of the mortgage industry, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
What is expected of you
The Brivity VA Account Management Team is dedicated to helping our clients build high-performing teams that complement the automation and operational capabilities of our Brivity platform. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor—supporting hiring goals, optimizing project workflows, and driving performance in collaboration with both internal and global stakeholders. You'll own the client relationship from initial consultation through sustained success, ensuring that each engagement leads to stronger operations, clearer roles, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture client relationships to understand their business goals, operational challenges, and workforce needs. Consult on workforce planning strategies, including skill gap assessments, role definition, and hiring prioritization.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to source, vet, and present top-tier talent aligned with client expectations.
Manage the full client lifecycle—from discovery and placement to onboarding, milestone tracking, and retention efforts through the 90-day window.
Oversee project management tasks related to client-requested initiatives—ensuring timely execution, clear scope alignment, and strategic outcomes that support broader business goals. Implement quality control systems to ensure consistency and excellence across deliverables tied to client-directed projects, maintaining high standards throughout execution and delivery.
Partner with global teams and vendors to align workforce strategies with performance and service-level goals. Translate client objectives into actionable staffing plans and operational roadmaps.
Monitor market trends and hiring best practices to provide insight-driven recommendations.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements that meet both client needs and internal guidelines.
Track KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate client satisfaction and improve internal processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, operations, or workforce consulting—preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Proven success managing projects, teams, or client accounts in dynamic or global environments.
Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a track record of performance optimization.
Expertise in translating client needs into strategic staffing and operational plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
High attention to detail, especially in tracking project quality and meeting performance milestones.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations; adaptability is key.
Familiarity with CRMs, ATS platforms, and collaborative project management tools.
