Senior Account Executive – Voltron Data, Inc.

Voltron Data is looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of Theseus, our accelerator-native data processing engine built for composability. You’ll lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding—while collaborating closely with go-to-market, product, and engineering teams to shape the future of data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle—identify, engage, negotiate, and close enterprise-level opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders

  • Translate complex customer needs into compelling solutions using Theseus and Voltron Data offerings

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and deal strategy

  • Consistently hit or exceed quota in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets

  • Strong understanding of the modern data stack, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise procurement

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
