Skedda is a leading global space management and scheduling platform, serving over 12,000 customers and nearly two million users, including Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Krispy Kreme. The company is a key player in helping to define the future of the workplace experience, helping businesses to design meaningful, seamless, fully integrated employee experiences and interactions in the hybrid workplace. Today, the product serves customers with functionality including floor plan visualizations, space booking, management, utilization reports, and analytics, as well as integrations with key workplace tools like Microsoft365 and Google Workspace, and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.
We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy, tenacious, consultative sales professional to join our growing Account Executive Team. Your role will be centered around deeply understanding customers' needs, even more deeply understanding our product, and helping customers to find the right fit between their needs and our solutions. Our approach is based around displaying the value of our product in a professional, relaxed and helpful manner, and allowing the product to sell itself.
Your Day-to-Day
Building rapport with prospective customers
Prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business by qualifying opportunities with key decision makers at SMB companies
Deeply understanding customers challenges and needs
Pioneer our SMB playbook and find creative, streamlined ways to win deals with multiple stakeholders and lengthy procurement processes.
Showcasing our product to prospective customers via video demonstrations
Helping customers find solutions to their unique space scheduling scenarios
Delivering proposals to prospective customers on behalf of Skedda
Collaborating with the broader team on sales strategy, product strategy, and customer relationship management
Who You Are
Prior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment is highly preferred, particularly with a sales focus on the SMB segment
SaaS workflow experience and strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
A strong commitment to being a product expert that understands how to use our technology to creatively solve a wide-range of use cases
Experience selling in a Product Led Growth organization is a plus, but not required
Previous experience leveraging HubSpot CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo a plus but not required
Have experience leading multi-faceted procurement cycles
Be motivated to understand customers’ needs
Be a highly-organized person with an attention to detail
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication in English
