Drive Significant Revenue Impact
Build and manage a pipeline focused on the media & entertainment vertical
Close both strategic seven-figure enterprise deals and high-velocity transactional opportunities
Consistently exceed quota
Become a Strategic Partner
Establish yourself as the go-to technology advisor for C-suite media executives
Navigate complex procurement processes, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder decision cycles
Transform prospects into long-term strategic partnerships that expand year-over-year
Shape Market Strategy
Generate your own pipeline through creative, high-impact outbound strategies
Collaborate with our world-class SDR and marketing teams to amplify market presence
Provide customer insights that directly influence our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Position WordPress VIP as the definitive enterprise publishing platform
Share expertise at industry events and with internal teams
Mentor team members and contribute to our high-performance sales culture
What We're Looking For
The Foundation
7+ years crushing quota in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with CMS/publishing technology experience
Deep familiarity with media business models, digital transformation challenges, and industry procurement processes
Proven track record managing complex, multi-million dollar sales cycles from prospecting to close
The Differentiators
You've sold into media & entertainment organizations and understand their unique operational constraints
You're comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and managing stakeholder-heavy decision processes
You have experience with RFPs, media contracts, and compliance requirements that would make most sellers run
The Mindset
You're energized by ambiguity and building something from the ground up
You see technology as a strategic enabler, not just a product to sell
You're motivated by both individual achievement and team success

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary plus commission structure with uncapped upside. Top performers regularly exceed $300K+ total compensation.

Location: Remote (ideally New York City or Los Angeles)
Salary range: $95,000-$160,000 USD, plus variable compensation - Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
