A Physician Partnerships Associate (AE) will play a crucial role in building, expanding and strengthening our physician referral network. They will be responsible for physician outreach, relationship management, and managing of data, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for physicians referring patients to Grow Therapy for their Behavioral Health needs. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and excel at building lasting relationships with physicians.

In this role, the Physician Partnerships Associate will be responsible for cold-calling physicians, introducing and promoting Grow’s ability to assist physicians in connecting their patients with Behavioral Health services, setting and conducting Demos with offices and then nurturing the office post referral. A key aspect of success in this position involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date physician lead records within HubSpot and Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

This role also focuses on account management and relationship development, requiring regular follow-ups with referring physicians to foster long-term partnerships and ensure a steady flow of patient referrals. Additionally, the Associate will assess physicians' Behavioral Health referral needs, gathering insights from office managers and physicians to identify opportunities for enhancing Grow’s offerings. Collaborating with the Physician Partnerships team, they will develop and implement strategic approaches to better meet these needs.

This position reports directly to the VP of Provider Experience and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on Grow’s mission to make quality Behavioral Health Care accessible for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Physician outreach and engagement

  • Account management and relationship development

  • Data integrity and management within Hubspot and Google sheets

  • Assess Behavioral Health referral needs of physicians, and strategize within Physician Partnership team to develop strategic approaches for effectively addressing them 

  • Cross-functional collaboration

The compensation for this position is:

Zone 1 (NYC, SF, Seattle Metro Area): $71,045 base plus commission for $111,045 OTE

Zone 2 (All other US locations): $65,000 base plus commission for $105,000 OTE

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
