đ§Š As our A2 Account Executive, you will:
Become a trusted advisor to our A2-tier partners, helping them scale their own businesses by unlocking the full potential of Pax8 services. Your impact? More revenue, stronger partner relationships, and a growing Pax8 footprint across the ecosystem.
âď¸ Every day, you will:
Manage the entire sales cycleâfrom identifying opportunities to closing dealsâwith a clear focus on helping our partners win.
Build high-trust relationships with partner sales teams and become their go-to Pax8 expert.
Strategize, present, and sell solutions tailored to your partnersâ end customers across cloud categories like Productivity, Infrastructure, Security, Continuity, and more.
Run a six-month sales funnel, backed by Pax8âs proven sales methodology.
Lead recurring calls and touchpoints with multiple stakeholders at each partner org.
Collaborate across departments (SMEs, POD teams, sales ops) to drive partner success and team-wide revenue.
đ§ To thrive in this role, you must:
Already be a Sales IC4+ with at least 1 year at Pax8
Have 2+ years of channel sales experience (MSP, VAR, Vendor, or Cloud Marketplace background = ideal)
Have completed all required Pax8 Elev8 LMS coursework
Know how to consistently hit revenue goalsâbecause youâve done it before
Be confident navigating the Force Management methodology (or ready to master it fast)
Be open to quarterly in-person partner meetings and excited to sharpen your in-person selling skills
Have or be willing to obtain a Microsoft certification within 6 months
đ In 6â12 months, youâll know youâre crushing it if:
Within 90 days, youâve built strong relationships with at least 10 A2 partners and have 2â3 active opportunities in your pipeline per partner.
Within 120 days, youâve consistently driven revenue through platform and partner services and helped at least 3 partners grow their monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
By 6 months, youâve closed multiple deals, facilitated 1:1s with SMEs, and become your partnersâ go-to cloud advisor.
At the 1-year mark, your partners are growing, your revenue is climbing, and your name is synonymous with âtrusted, high-performing AE.â
