The Impact You’ll Make

The Account Director role owns the day-to-day management and success for their assigned group of enterprise clients. Leveraging their constant curiosity, passion for customers, and strong project management background, the Account Director will quarterback each account to ensure the clients' goals are achieved. Success is executed through thorough coordination with a technical counterpart, customer support, product, and engineering though meticulous organization and exemplary communication skills both internally and externally.

The Account Director must manage program expectations, ensure client’s unique metrics are being met and help to demonstrate recurring value with the goal to expand usage and reach of our solitons. This dynamic role requires command of your subject matter and the ability to operate at ease with executive audiences and technical teams alike. To our clients, the Account Director is their go-to person for all things. We pride ourselves in supporting them at every stage and take full accountability for follow-through.

As the strategic leader and voice of the customer within Incode the Account Director will be the client authority within our organization and be recognized by the customer for their efforts in this area.

  • Solutions Driver - You’ve broadened your customers' awareness to the power of Incode solution and helped guide those relationships to more impactful fraud protection measures for their business. You focus on the end goal and find creative solutions to achieve the outcomes.

  • Referenceable Customers - The relationship you built and the results you drove speak for themselves, and customers are willing to speak on behalf of you and the company because of them.

The Qualities That Set You Apart

  • Security, fraud, privacy, identity, or biometric related industry experience

Your Background

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in exceeding expectations as an Enterprise B2B Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent role Comfort in commercial conversations around service renewal and contract acumen

  • Has directly and indirectly managed individual contributors to solve varying degrees of complex customer problems

  • Experience developing new relationships and driving business strategy in large and complex organizations

  • At ease analyzing data and reading technical systems to drive customer recommendations and decisions

  • Proactive and exceptional communicator who excels in translating new paradigms into simplified business solutions

  • High degree of comfort communicating with senior management and executives

  • Mission-oriented individual passionate about making a difference and building something greater than yourself

  • Thriver in rapidly changing environments with no issue rolling up your sleeves to get the job done

  • You're cool as ice and loved by your peers for the joy you bring working with them

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field
