What You’ll Do:

As our Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative team. You’ll manage relationships, lead onboarding and feedback calls, ensure client needs are met, and keep everything running smoothly from script to final video delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, organization, and people skills.

You will:

- Own the client relationship: from onboarding to delivery, you’re the go-to

- Host video calls like a pro—getting briefs, presenting updates, solving problems

- Manage projects across multiple teams (Creative Directors, editors, strategists, and more)

- Keep everything running on time and in scope

- Translate feedback into clear action steps

- Spot upsell opportunities and help accounts grow

- Be a champion of performance and quality across every touchpoint

Who You Are:

- You’ve worked at a creative or marketing agency

- You’ve got experience with UGC, influencers, or social content

- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish = big bonus)

- You’re amazing on video calls and with written communication

- You’re organized and detail-driven

- You can manage multiple clients and priorities like a pro

- You have a can-do, solution-first mindset
