As the bridge between our customers and our products, the Website Project Manager is key in soliciting feedback from our customers about our products and platform, and getting them live in a timely manner. You will be the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to bring feedback to DearDoc’s Website Team. The ideal Website Project Manager will be responsible for being in constant communication with our customers, overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the objectives proposed.

Location: Remote but based in Mexico
Salary: $22k MX - $26k MXN monthly peso salary

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Work with the Website Manager to align on prioritization within the Website team
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Work cross-functionally with clients to meet project goals and deadlines
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Translating, interpreting, and briefing customers’ requests, expectations, and guidelines
Identify and remove blockers to enable teams to work productively toward project goals
Track progress throughout the duration of a project (from definition to launch and beyond) with mindfulness toward dependencies, and facilitate effective communication within and across teams
Provide a weekly recap of project statuses & priorities for the upcoming week to the website team
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to customers and customer success managers about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Skills & Background
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a project management, customer success or account management role
Proven ability to manage a large book of business - you are not intimidated by 100+ accounts
Ability to ensure client satisfaction, balance customer expectations, and negotiate successful resolutions
Ability to consistently follow up on customer and team member requests
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and organization skills
Experience with Creator Studio, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
