About this role
Aidoc’s Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Cardiovascular will support our strategic product marketing efforts in the Cardiovascular space, owning a portfolio of AI solutions spanning from disease awareness to care coordination to patient management.
As part of the product marketing organization, you will develop Aidoc’s cardiovascular go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, lead voice-of-customer initiatives, and curate market insights that directly influence product development, sales enablement, revenue growth, and are responsible for the product line’s commercial success.
This role requires an externally-focused mindset, ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of the cardiovascular service line and competitive landscape spanning medical device and imaging AI companies.
Responsibilities
Go To Market
Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Aidoc’s Cardiovascular AI portfolio across new and existing markets, including pipeline and ARR attachment and adjacent market seeding pathways such as clinical trials and research initiatives.
Partner with Product, Sales, Customer/Solution Success, Product and Revenue Enablement, Clinical Research and Marketing teams to align business objectives with marketing initiatives.
Bring strategic input into Aidoc’s portfolio roadmap, representing market needs and customer insights through voice of customer and market research.
Positioning, Messaging & Narrative Development
Define strategic positioning, differentiated messaging, and value propositions tailored to clinical decision-makers and end users (Service Line Chairs, cardiovascular care teams, vascular surgeons, etc.).
Translate technical and clinical complexity into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that resonate across the healthcare enterprise.
Partner with VP Product Marketing to contribute to regular external-facing roadmaps that demonstrate continuous value for Aidoc customers of cardiovascular solutions.
Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks in Cardiovascular space.
Drive voice-of-customer programs in partnership with Customer Success and Product teams to inform positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
Partner with VP, Product Marketing to inform Aidoc’s formal competitive intelligence and win/loss programs.
Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation
Generate thought leadership content that establishes Aidoc as a category leader in AI-powered cardiovascular care delivery.
Leverage relationships with cardiovascular KOLs and industry influencers to amplify Aidoc’s market presence, in collaboration with Aidoc KOL leadership.
Sales & Enablement Strategy
Oversee the development of high-impact enablement assets including pitch decks, buyer journey maps, ROI tools, battlecards, and sales playbooks.
In collaboration with Enablement and RevOps, own go-to-market readiness across sales and customer-facing teams.
Performance & Optimization
Define key performance indicators for product marketing success and lead ongoing measurement and optimization efforts.
Ensure product launches and marketing initiatives are evaluated for ROI and continuously improved.
Requirements
5-7 years of product marketing experience in cardiology-focused healthcare technology, medical device, medical imaging, AI/ML, or clinical software.
Experience in launching B2B healthcare solutions, particularly those that intersect with cardiology or imaging-based specialties.
Knowledge of clinical workflows in cardiology, regulatory considerations, and AI-based clinical decision support.
Experience building cross-functional marketing strategies that drive growth and market share.
Proven experience managing KOL engagement and thought leadership initiatives is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to operate independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
