Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy
POS-16109
About the Team
HubSpot has been on a remarkable growth journey — now a $3B+ ARR company growing 20% year-over-year — and our Corporate Strategy team sits at the heart of what comes next.
We partner directly with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors to define and accelerate HubSpot’s long-term (4–6 year) strategy. Our mission is to identify the biggest opportunities ahead, understand the risks, and translate strategic bets into actionable plans across the business.
As a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders in Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations, this team plays a critical role in shaping how HubSpot grows better for our customers and our people.

Corporate Strategy is also a springboard for future leaders: alumni of this team can go on to lead in Product, GTM, and Operations across HubSpot.
