Job Description
Support in the implementation (rollouts) of SAP solutions in the SAP SD area within the InPost Group.
Analysis of business processes in the SAP SD area, identification and recommendation of improvements.
Designing and configuring the system according to business requirements in the SAP SD area.
Creating and maintaining functional documentation.
Preparing functional specifications for implementation with the ABAP development team.
Resolving functional issues that arise during and after implementation in the SAP SD area.
Conducting training sessions for end-users. Creating training materials and documentation.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configuration, processes, and user instructions.
Support in integrations with other modules (FI, MM, CO).
Support in data migration, integration tests, and UAT.
Qualifications
Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, including implementation and support projects with active configuration of the SD module, for a minimum of 4 years.
Experience in integrations with external systems.
Experience in integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI-CO.
ABAP debugging skills - highly desired.
Education in IT and/or management.
Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of other languages within the InPost Group is an additional asset (Spanish, French).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
