We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll contribute directly to our commercial growth across the DACH market.

Your Position in Our Team
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across our existing customer base and qualified prospects 

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels

  • Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers

  • Create personalized customer outreach

  • Maintain accurate records and activities in Salesforce

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive pipeline growth

  • Leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency

Your Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results

  • Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics

  • Well-organized with strong CRM discipline

  • Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus

Your salary
  • PLN 10,800–14,500 gross/month OTE (PLN 6,500–8,750 gross/month base salary + bonus) 
  • The final offer depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
