About The Role
We’re hiring a product manager to own critical parts of our externally facing product surfaces. Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions
Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable
Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more
Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions
Shape a product that directly impacts people during some of the most important moments of their lives
Join a mission-driven team at a key inflection point post-Series B
Work in a culture that values craft, clarity, and care
About You
3–5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS

Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance
Clear communicator and systems thinker
Compensation
This is a full-time salaried, exempt position. Compensation ranges from $117,000-$145,000 and is based on your experience and legal state of residence.
