People Program Manager

The People Program Management Team is responsible for driving consistently in People programs and projects — in execution, employee experience and delivery. We ensure there is appropriate visibility into our People roadmap and core programs. We provide project management support for critical work streams within the People org, focused on disciplined execution, effective change management, and excellent customer experience. We work cross functionally across the business to achieve our goals.
This is a flexible, cross-functional role that touches multiple facets of the employee experience. You'll collaborate across teams, drive programs and projects that align with company goals, and jump in where needed to solve complex challenges and create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of people programs, from planning and design through execution and evaluation.
Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Leverage change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of programs.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and buy-in across a variety of cyclical and non-cyclical people programs.
Track project and program performance using qualitative and quantitative data in an effort to enhance and optimize future work streams.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Program Management, People Operations, HR or related roles.
Strong project management and communication skills, especially in driving clarity, alignment, and change across diverse teams and executive audiences
A high degree of ownership, initiative, and adaptability
Demonstrated organizational skill with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence without authority and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
$94,848 - $170,400 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $94,848/year to $170,400/year. The target base salary will vary based on the job's location.
Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities
Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
