We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.

The People Program Management Team is responsible for driving consistently in People programs and projects — in execution, employee experience and delivery. We ensure there is appropriate visibility into our People roadmap and core programs. We provide project management support for critical work streams within the People org, focused on disciplined execution, effective change management, and excellent customer experience. We work cross functionally across the business to achieve our goals.

This is a flexible, cross-functional role that touches multiple facets of the employee experience. You'll collaborate across teams, drive programs and projects that align with company goals, and jump in where needed to solve complex challenges and create scalable solutions.

If you love variety, problem-solving, and building from the ground up, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of people programs, from planning and design through execution and evaluation.

  • Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

  • Leverage change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of programs.

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and buy-in across a variety of cyclical and non-cyclical people programs.

  • Track project and program performance using qualitative and quantitative data in an effort to enhance and optimize future work streams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, People Operations, HR or related roles.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, especially in driving clarity, alignment, and change across diverse teams and executive audiences

  • A high degree of ownership, initiative, and adaptability

  • Demonstrated organizational skill with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence without authority and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
