  • Growth-minded and eager to learn, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Contributions & Impact:

  • Improving and deploying features based on existing data models for new attributes and scores.

IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:

  • Become familiar with our mission, business model, and product offerings.

  • Get to know your team members, our working style, and company values.

  • Understand our software development lifecycle.

  • Land your 'new hire' ticket in the first week and contribute to at least one roadmap feature in the first month.

IN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL:

  • Collaborate effectively within your engineering team as well as with product and design.

  • Take ownership of defined features, delivering with quality and support.

  • Actively participate in team norms (e.g., project planning, code reviews, QA, on-call rotation).

  • Deepen your knowledge of specific product areas and identify opportunities for improvements.

IN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL:

  • Become proficient in your product vertical and related technical artifacts.

  • Successfully deliver multiple features, from implementation to deployment.

  • Consistently contribute to team discussions and provide constructive feedback.

  • Solidify your understanding of our engineering practices and contribute to team efficiency.

  • Expand your technical skillset, exploring areas of depth or breadth to increase your overall impact.
