The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Campaign Manager to expand our growth and digital presence with B2B audiences in the Americas (e.g., US, Canada, and LATAM). You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and marketing pipeline and revenue growth within our target markets to elevate the security posture in those organizations.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Planning and executing on global Marketing Campaigns.
Formulating full-funnel campaign strategies and executing with a focus on attracting new customers as well as driving install-base marketing.
Using a creative- and digital-first strategy, building integrated marketing campaigns based on identified market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
Overseeing all aspects of the campaigns including execution, day-to-day operations, monitoring and measurement of the marketing campaigns and their success, and ensuring campaign implementation follows our strategy, guidelines, and assigned budget.
Analyzing data to identify, communicate, and execute on opportunities across the marketing ecosystem.
Maintaining and updating budgets and dashboards to provide broader insights to areas of success and areas for improvement.
Managing marketing KPI benchmarks, targets, and metrics.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams—both within Marketing and across the company— to design, create, and execute campaigns.
Coordinating and planning with our digital marketing agency.
Working with our creative team to ensure our digital presence performs to, or above, benchmarks.
Working with our social media team to stay current with social and influencer programs, and aligning to digital marketing tactics.
Working with our Events team to support field and events programs.
Accommodating changes and different priorities depending on markets/territories and how these impact local marketing strategies.
Basic Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with creating and executing personalized campaigns designed to engage accounts and verticals, basing the marketing message on the specific attributes and needs of each.
5+ years of related job experience in a similar marketing role.
Exceptional communication, written and project management skills with a strong attention to details and deadlines.
Experience managing external partners and agencies.
Thrive working collaboratively with multiple teams and milestones.
Passion for running B2B campaigns (B2C campaigning experience is a plus)
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) to build a business marketing strategy that concentrates resources on a set of target accounts and/or industry verticals within a market.
A good understanding of current cybersecurity trends as well as marketing campaign best practices.
Analytical skills and work experience within Google analytics (GA4).
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related fields.
Bonus:
Familiarity with GDPR and related regulations.
Previous experience with e-commerce Marketing.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM.
Experience working with marketing attribution.
