Director Demand Generation
Strategic Planning - Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA demand generation strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying target audiences, key messaging, and appropriate marketing channels targeting Enterprise & Commercial segments. Campaign Management - Lead the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, webinars, events, and social media initiatives. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Develop, enhance, and strengthen the company's full-funnel ABM strategy and campaigns to expand into key customer accounts with targeted tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption - through touchpoints across marketing and sales channels. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with the rest of the North America (NA) Marketing + Sales Ops teams to manage the ServiceChannel target account lists and ideal customer profiles (for different customer segments) using data-driven insights. Sales Alignment - Foster close collaboration with EMEA BDR & Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, develop joint sales and marketing initiatives, and optimize lead qualification processes. Market Insights - Partnering with Product Marketing team to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the EMEA region to inform integrated campaign strategy and messaging. Performance Management - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like account reach and engagement, qualified account activity, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments. MarTech Consumption - Leverage MarTech platforms such as 6Sense, Drift, Mutiny, Hubspot for maximizing ABM campaign performance & execution. Minimum of 10 years of experience creating, executing, and leading demand generation in B2B SaaS + high-tech industries focused on Enterprise, Commercial segments. Proven track record of success within the EMEA region, while having familiarity with the EMEA market landscape, cultural nuances, and local regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and present results effectively. Strategic, creative, and analytical thinker with the ability to build creative marketing campaigns that have a measurable impact on pipeline. Expertise across inbound and outbound (ABM) strategies and tactics, including setting priorities across programmatic display/ digital advertising, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, direct mail, events, etc. Data-driven, with a firm grasp on key metrics and performance indicators. Marketing technology acumen, with a knowledge of tools necessary for effective demand generation and those that are a “nice to have.” Experience with 6Sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce technology is a strong plus. Accountable for results, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing and operations teams to achieve results. Problem solving skills to identify and solve complex problems. Comfortable working on a high-performing team that is constantly challenging itself. Can-do, positive, inspiring attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while still ensuring high quality deliverables and a strong attention to detail. BA/BS degree. Fluent in English & 2 other European languages. MBA preferred.
