About the Role
Were looking for a Creative & Social Media Designer to join our growing creative team. Youll design high-impact visuals that connect deeply with our audience across both paid ads and organic social channels.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced design role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative performance and storytelling. Youll concept and produce everything from static ads and carousels to memes, motion graphics and more.
You should have a sharp design eye, a deep understanding of what drives engagement on social media and an enthusiasm for using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

What Youll Do
Design attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping content for paid ads and organic social (statics, carousels, memes, and some video).
Repurpose existing long-form or short-form content (like podcast clips and webinars) into platform-optimized posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Design with sound and motion in mind through music, captions, and pacing to amplify emotion.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AdCreative.ai, etc.) to brainstorm, design, and produce content efficiently.
Keep a pulse on trends, formats, and meme culture, turning insights into timely creative.
Maintain and organize a structured asset library of templates, prompts, sound files, and visuals for easy reuse.
Work collaboratively with creative strategy and performance teams to iterate based on results and scale what works.

Must Have
Strong design and image editing skills (Photoshop, Figma, or Canva) specifically for marketing purposes.
Deep understanding of composition, typography, color, and hierarchy.
Familiarity with platform-specific creative guidelines (safe zones, ratios, formats).
Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Proficient with AI tools for ideation and design.
Nice to Have
Video editing or light motion design skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
Agency or startup experience in a creative performance environment.
Experience working on mental health, wellness, or neurodiversity-related topics.
