Account Executive
POSITION: We’re looking for a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing full-cycle deals, from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
You’re motivated by winning and exceeding quota, and you bring a consultative approach to help prospects understand how The Predictive Index can transform how they hire, inspire, and retain top talent. You know how to create urgency, build champions, and navigate complex decision processes.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through full-cycle sales execution from prospecting to close.
Generate new business pipeline via outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement and account mapping
Convert inbound leads by conducting effective discovery calls and tailoring live demonstrations to drive urgency to close
Build and advance multi-threaded relationships with key decision makers
Continuously refine messaging and objective handling through coaching and data insights
Ability to accurately forecast and project business 1 - 3 months out

Proven track record of closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment and achieving quota
Consultative selling style with the ability to map business challenges to solutions
Being coachable. Have a learner's mentality by truly being able to receive feedback openly and implement it
Self-starter who thrives in a team that values collaboration, accountability, and performance
Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience are a plus
2-4 years of full cycle closing experience
PI is headquartered in our amazing Westwood, MA office, but we are also geo-flexible / remote-friendly for candidates with the right fit for our team and organization.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The salary range for the role is $135,000 - $145,000 OTE annually.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and our generous benefits package (including unlimited PTO!)
